Ingredients

Amounts vary by the number of sandwiches you wish to make. Plan for 85-115 grams of meat per sandwich.

Swiss cheese slices
Pickles, sliced
Greens (baby spinach, arugula, leaf lettuce or your favoutite greens)
Caramelized onions (optional)
Shaved roast beef
Shaved ham
Sweet Onion Aioli Sauce
Buns

Instructions

Split the buns in half and layer with Swiss cheese, pickles, greens, onions (if using) and shaved meats. Top with a squeeze of Sweet Onion Aioli Sauce.
